is not a safe or secure way and I am not responsible
for anyone sending their numbers via email and
someone snagging it through cyberspace and fraudulently
using it. Please be safe and responsible with

Emails
are answered as fast as possible. I do work, so
sometimes it might take a couple of days to get
back to you, but I always respond to all emails
and phone messages.
If you have any questions regarding an order,
I can be contacted at any time and I will be happy
to get you an update. Final cost will be calculated
to include state and local sales tax, (if applicable)
along with shipping and insurance. Please ask
all necessary questions about item before ordering
because if returned, original shipping fee is
not refunded for any reason.
USA
Shipping - Most guitar boxes are oversized
and run $40-$50 UPS in the lower 48 States. Shipping
is at buyers expense. Exact shipping cost will
be determined by your location.
We
ship electric guitars internationally under these
conditions: Buyer must pay by bank wire
transfer and shipping must be USPS for electric
solidbody guitars only. I charge $20 for customs
documentation preparation.
International
International
orders will be accepted; but because of the rise
in illegal credit card activity, payment is requested
in advance by bank wire transfer only.
Internationally,
I use UPS. I will also ship FEDEX or USPS upon
request. I will not understate values or ship
instruments as "Gifts" to overseas customers
so please don't ask. International customers are
responsible for all customs duties, import taxes,
V.A.T. etc. I reserve the right to refuse international
shipments I feel are of high risk (i.e. I don't
ship to Indonesia or Nigeria).
DAMAGE
CLAIMS
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS
THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPMENT.
I carefully pack and fully insure your instrument
before shipping it with UPS or your preferred
carrier, however if something is damaged in shipping,
you are responsible for making the insurance claim.
If
an item is damaged in shipping, PLEASE KEEP ORIGINAL
PACKING MATERIALS AND BOX AS THE SHIPPER WILL
NEED TO SEE THIS TO DETERMINE IF THE INSURANCE
CLAIM IS VALID. If original box and packaging
is not available, a claim cannot be made. I am
not responsible for making good on a shipping
problem if you do not keep the original packing
materials. This isn't my rule, it's the rule of
UPS, the USPS and FEDEX.

Your
satisfaction means everything to me!
If
you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase
within 48 hours (two (2) days)*
after the product arrives to the final shipping
destination, the product may be sent back to me.**
Exact
descriptions of pre-owned merchandise will let
you feel confident of what you're buying. USED
ITEMS - claimed defective item must be reported
to me by telephone (610-746-3759) or Email within
48 hours of shipping* and received
back to me within 7 days from the initial complaint
and must be found to be defective as described
in the initial complaint upon the return receipt.
100% refund applies to above conditions minus
shipping fees.
All packing materials must be intact, in place,
and the product must be returned in the same condition
as it was received. Once returned, funds will
be returned / accredited, less shipping.
*48
hour (2 day) time period is determined by the
shipping delivery date.
**Returns
must be preauthorized by me and postmarked within
7 days of my return authorization. Authorization
time frame will be determined by the date on the
return authorization email which I will send you
to confirm the return. I reserve the right to
alter this policy on an individual basis, but
will only do so in the event of its abuse.
