What We Collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. That means your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. On the sell or trade form it also includes your general location if you supply it.

We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site, and no page here takes payment.

Why We Collect It

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to carry on the conversation about an instrument or a part, and to arrange a sale where one happens.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your information to anyone.
  • We do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful, since somebody hunting a rare part this year may well be the right buyer for one next year. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your Choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message through the contact form and it will be dealt with.

Links to Other Sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
